Rules and Regulations
To maintain discipline and a positive learning environment, students and parents are expected to follow the school rules and regulations carefully.
- Every parent or guardian must follow the declaration voluntarily given at the time of admission of their child.
- Every pupil is expected to attend the daily school assembly on time.
- Students must come to school in complete uniform including proper footwear.
- Students who arrive late or who were absent on the previous day must record the reason in their school diary.
- Students are not allowed to apply mehndi during school days.
- Wearing ornaments or jewellery of any kind is not allowed in the school. The school will not be responsible for any money or personal items lost by students.
- Pupils are encouraged to speak in English within the school campus to improve their communication skills and language proficiency.
- Students will not be excused from physical exercise or organised games without a valid doctor’s certificate.
- All pupils are expected to participate actively in school activities and programmes.
- Irregular attendance, neglect of homework, disobedience, disrespect towards teachers or misconduct may lead to strict disciplinary action including rustication.
- Students are strictly forbidden from purchasing food items from unauthorised vendors near the school premises.
- Parents are expected to cooperate with the school by ensuring regular attendance and by taking interest in their child’s progress. They should check the school diary regularly and read the teacher’s remarks carefully.
- Absence without prior leave is taken seriously. If a student remains absent for seven consecutive days without permission, the name of the student may be removed from the school rolls. Readmission will require payment of all dues along with a fresh admission fee and will be at the discretion of the Principal.
- Students must not damage school property such as furniture, walls or school equipment. Any damage caused must be repaired or compensated by the student. Wilful damage may lead to rustication. Students must keep their surroundings clean and neat.
- Gifts or donations to teachers are not permitted.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without permission from the Principal. Parents are also not allowed to meet their children or teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
- Attendance is compulsory for all students on the day of any school function or event.
- School fees must be paid on or before the 10th day of every month.
- Forging a parent’s signature or altering marks or grades will be treated as a serious offence.
- All official communication must be addressed to the Headmistress and not directly to the class teacher.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for arranging and supervising the mode of transport for their children. The school will not be responsible for any unforeseen incident during travel.
- The decision of the Principal will be final and binding in all matters related to school discipline and administration.
