Admission Guidelines
Parents are requested to carefully read the admission guidelines and ensure that the completed admission form along with the required documents is submitted within the specified time.
1. Age Criteria
At Sai Dreamz School we follow age guidelines to ensure every child begins learning at the right stage of development.
1.1 Pre-Nursery Admission
- Children must be 2 years and above as on 31st March of the respective academic session.
1.2 Nursery Admission
- Children must be 3 years and above as on 31st March of the respective academic session.
1.3 KG Admission
- Children must be 4 years and above as on 31st March of the respective academic session.
2. Application for School Admission
2.1 Admission Process
- The duly filled school admission form must be submitted in person to the School Admission Department.
- The form must be submitted along with the required supporting documents.
- The submission will be followed by registration and interaction.
3. Office Hours
3.1 School Office Timings
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
4. Documents Required with the School Admission Form
4.1 Mandatory Documents
- Duly filled school admission form
- Authentic birth certificate of the child
- One passport size photograph each of mother and father
- Five passport size photographs of the child
5. Documents to be Submitted After Admission
5.1 Academic Documents
- Photocopy of original mark sheet of the last examination passed (For Grade 3 and above)
5.2 Address Proof
- Photocopy of residential address proof of father and mother or legal guardian.
5.3 Identity Proof
- Photocopy of PAN Card or Voter’s Card or Ration Card or Passport.
5.4 Transfer Certificate Requirement
- Submission of School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate (TC) duly countersigned by the appropriate authority.
- Mark sheet of the previous class must also be submitted.
5.5 TC Submission Timeline
- TC must be submitted within 90 days from the commencement of the academic session.
- Failure to submit may lead to withdrawal of the student from the school.

6.2 Purpose of School Rules
- School rules strengthen students’ determination for self direction.
- They act as guidelines for self development.
- They encourage responsibility confidence and active participation in learning.
