Once a request is verified, we permanently delete the account's profile information (name, contact details, photo), sign-in credentials, and app-specific data such as attendance, homework, and leave request history associated with that account.
Some records — such as academic history required for report cards, transfer certificates, or other statutory school record-keeping — may be retained in the school's official records as required by applicable education regulations, even after the app account itself is deleted.
